Warranty Policy
At Brixx Derma, we stand behind the quality of our technology.
All Brixx Derma devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. If your device fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of charge within this warranty period.<
What’s Covered:
Manufacturer defects that affect the performance or functionality of the device.
What’s Not Covered:
This warranty does not apply to devices damaged by:
1. Accidents, drops, or misuse
2. Alterations or tampering
3. Use with unauthorized accessories or not following usage instructions
4. Incorrect voltage or power supply connection (Note: We provide a C-type USB cable for proper use)
5. Exposure to water or other liquids — Brixx Derma devices are not waterproof.
Devices must be used only with official Brixx Derma accessories (such as the included charging cables) for the warranty to remain valid.
This warranty does not cover non-device products such as skincare, tools, or body and hair care items.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you suspect your device has a defect covered under our warranty, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Report the Issue
• Take a clear video or photo showing the issue with the device.
• Send an email to contact@brixxderma.com.
• Use the subject line: “TIKTOK/SHOPEE/WEBSITE [Your Unique Order ID] + WARRANTY”
• Include a brief description of the problem in the email.
Step 2: Review Process
• Our team will review your submission within 48 hours.
• If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we’ll notify you via email.
Step 3: Send the Device
• If approved, you will need to arrange delivery of the device to the following address:

Please note: Customers are responsible for the delivery costs to our service center.
Step 4: Inspection and Replacement
• Once we receive your device, our team will inspect it.
• If it meets the warranty criteria, a replacement device will be issued.
Step 5: Packaging Requirements
• Devices must be properly packaged for courier delivery.
• Acceptable: Original packaging or sealed in a sturdy box
• Not allowed: Plastic bags, paper bags, or unsealed packaging
Step 6: Replacement Timeline
• The replacement process takes approximately 5-7 working days from the date we receive your device.
