At Brixx Derma, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, things may not go as planned. Below, you'll find our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Device Warranty Exchange Policy 

All our beauty devices are covered by a 6-month warranty. Devices purchased through livestream events may qualify for extended warranty periods, with a minimum extension of 6 months.

To initiate a warranty exchange for a device, customers are required to remit a $15.00 courier fee and ensure that the device is still under the 6-month warranty period. This fee covers the cost of arranging for the device to be collected and assessed by our technical team.

Assessment Outcome:

•  Device Functioning: If, upon assessment, the device is found to be functioning within normal parameters and no faults are detected, the $15.00 courier fee will be retained.

•  Device Faulty: If the device is determined to be faulty and covered under the terms of the warranty, a replacement device will be provided. The $15.00 courier fee will be refunded to the customer via PayNow.

This policy ensures a streamlined and efficient process for evaluating and resolving warranty claims.


Return Eligibility and Conditions:


To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:


  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is in unused condition.
  • You initiate the return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:


  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@brixxderma.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documents, and clearly mark the order number on the package.

  4. Send the item to the address provided in the instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Processing Time:

We will process your return or exchange within 7-10 business days of receiving the item at our facility.
