Something's wrong with your device? We're here to help. If your device is within its warranty period and showing signs of a manufacturing defect, follow the steps below
and we'll take it from there.

- Subject line: [Your Order ID] — WARRANTY
- A clear photo or video showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
RESPONSE TIME
Our team will review your submission in 48 hours and notify you via email if your claim is approved.
If your claim is approved, you'll need to write your Order ID on the package and courier your device to us at:

DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs to our service centre are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging requirements
Original packaging or a sealed, sturdy box
Plastic bags, paper bags, or unsealed
packaging will not be accepted
03 Inspection & replacement
Once we receive your device, our technical team will inspect it. Here's what happens next:
MANUFACTURING DEFECT CONFIRMED
A one-to-one replacement will be issued and dispatched within 5–7 working days. All outbound delivery costs are covered by Brixx Derma.
NO DEFECT FOUND
Your device will be returned in its original condition. Self-collection from our warehouse will be required; we are unable to arrange return courier delivery in this instance.
FINAL DETERMINATION
All inspection outcomes are determined by our technical team and are final. This process ensures every claim is handled fairly and accurately.
