What's Covered
  • Manufacturing defects affecting device performance or functionality
  • Battery malfunctions
  • Lighting faults
  • Mode malfunctions
What's Not Covered
  • Accidental drops, physical impact or misuse
  • Alterations, tampering or unauthorised repairs
  • Non-Brixx Derma accessories or failure to follow usage instructions
  • Incorrect voltage or power supply connection
  • Exposure to water or liquids - devices are not waterproof

Always use the included C-type USB cable.

This warranty applies to Brixx Derma devices only and does not cover skincare, tools, or body and hair care products.
