Every Brixx Derma device already comes with a standard warranty because we stand behind what we make. But standard cover has limits.

It's designed for what goes wrong in the factory, not what happens in real life.

BrixxCare+ is an optional upgrade that extends your protection by 6 additional months and widens the cover to include the kinds of damage that actually happen during daily use: unintentional water exposure or an accidental drop.

Liquid & water damage

BrixxCare+ covers accidental liquid
exposure that your standard warranty doesn't.

Accidental drops & impact

Drops happen. If physical impact damages
your device, BrixxCare+ has you covered.

6 months extra coverage

Your standard warranty runs 3–6 months.
BrixxCare+ adds another 6 on top of that.

1-for-1 replacement

If a covered issue is confirmed, we replace
your device. All return delivery costs are on us.

We believe in being upfront. Here's what falls outside the scope of all Brixx Derma warranty plans.

Lost or stolen devices

Cosmetic damage that does not affect device function
(e.g., surface scratches)

Damage caused by intentional misuse, tampering, or unauthorised modifications

Use with non-Brixx Derma accessories or incorrect power supply

Skincare, tools, and body and hair care products
(all plans apply to devices only)

Claims submitted after the coverage period has ended

All claims are assessed by our technical team. Inspection outcomes are final. This ensures every case is handled fairly and accurately.
