Our team will review your submission and respond to you via email within 1-2 business days.

For warranty registration: Please provide your product details and proof of purchase.

For warranty claims: Please describe the issue and include any relevant photos or documentation.

Warranty Coverage & Exclusions

BRIXX DERMA beauty devices are covered under warranty for manufacturing and functional defects arising from normal and intended use, including:

  • Light / power button malfunction
  • Device failure due to internal component defects
  • Performance issues not caused by external damage

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidental drops or impact
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Water, liquid, or moisture damage
  • Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear over time

Terms & Conditions

  • All devices reported as faulty must be returned to our warehouse via courier pickup. Courier arrangements and return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

    Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm 
    Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

  • Devices must be properly packaged for courier delivery.

    Acceptable: Original packaging or sealed in a sturdy box
    Not allowed: Plastic bags, paper bags, or unsealed packaging

  • No upfront one-to-one exchange will be provided. All returned devices are subject to inspection and diagnostic testing by our technical team to verify the existence of any manufacturing defect.

  • If, upon inspection, the device is found to be fully functional or does not exhibit any manufacturing defect:
  1. The device will be returned to the customer in its original condition.

  2. The customer shall be solely responsible for arranging self-collection from our warehouse.

  3. Courier delivery will not be provided. Self-collection is strictly required.

  • If the device is confirmed to be defective due to a manufacturing fault:

  1. A one-to-one replacement will be issued at BRIXX DERMA's discretion.

  2. The replacement device will only be dispatched after defect confirmation.
    Delivery costs for the replacement device will be fully borne by BRIXX DERMA.

  • All inspection outcomes are final and based on our technical team's assessment. This process ensures fairness, consistency, and accurate handling of all warranty claims.
