Step 1 — Cleanse
Cleanse your face thoroughly. Lightly dampen your skin.
Step 2 — Apply Collagen Infusion Pre-Treatment Mask
Smooth gently over your forehead and cheeks on damp skin.
Step 3 — Apply BioStem Hydration™ Mask
Immediately follow with the Hydration mask. Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4 — Use the Reviva-Eye Pro
Wear the Reviva-Eye Pro like glasses and select your preferred intensity and vibration mode. Wear hands-free for 15 minutes — the device auto shuts off after each complete session.
Step 5 — Remove & Rinse
Remove both masks and rinse off any remaining residue. Collagen (from the Collagen Infusion Pre-Treatment Mask) is naturally sticky.
Step 6 — Pat In the Essence
Gently pat in any remaining essence. Do not rinse again. Clean Reviva Eye Pro with provided alcohol wipe and allow to dry.

IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subjected to pay for custom duties in addition to shipping costs. Please note that the customer will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.
When importing items outside of Singapore, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, these orders will be returned to us at the courier services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for redelivery.
